One is a summer bag/sleep over type, the other is a four season custom cut bag rated at about 20 degrees... as if. You cannot find a bag like this. Any kids bags rated for actual camping in cool or cold weather cost as much as the adult versions...kinda like kids clothes now that I think about it.
