$11001300 Let's Find a Place ASAP

Tired of looking for a room/share? Yeah, me too. That's why I've decided to get one or two people and put together a house.

I am looking to spend $1100-$1300 and need to find a place this week (by 9/1).

Me:
*24 y/o, Male
*I work in Finance
*Weekends: Usually out at the bars with my friends, but I leave the party there
*Weekdays: Low-key, usually just grab dinner, go to the gym, and watch a little TV (Entourage, Office, Man vs. Wild, etc.) Sometimes a happy hour here or there also.
*I have a steady income and good credit so getting a lease should not be an issue.

You:
*Around my age group
*Laid Back & Fun
*GOOD CREDIT A MUST (We will all probably be on the lease)
*Clean and resposible
*Steady job
*Male or female ok
*Looking to spend somewhere around $1100-$1300 a month

I am looking to find a place just about anywhere in the city expect for the typical sketchy areas and the areas where finding a parking spot is more or less impossible.
