$555 Female housemate wanted – October 1 move in date

We have one bedroom available in our lovely three-bedroom Victorian flat on Pine Street. The flat has one bathroom, kitchen, living room, small back porch, fireplace, washer/dryer and dishwasher. The building is very charming with lots of character. There are hardwood floors and original molding throughout the apartment. The location can’t be beat - there are shops, restaurants, cafes, Trader Joes and several bus stops within a few blocks.

Rent is $555 per month with a security deposit of one month’s rent + the last month's rent (about $1665 total move in cost). Utilities include PG&E and DSL and usually run about $45-65 per person each month.

We are both professional females (ages 28 and 30) and we are looking for a respectful, friendly and responsible house mate (ages 26-36 preferably) who will pay rent on time and who is neat and clean. Nonsmoker only. Drop us an email and tell us a little about yourself and your situation.
