I just rented a studio, and I had a room mate that was going to share half the rent. The problem is, my room mate at the last minute bailed out, so now I stuck with a room icant pay for on my own. The studio is a decent size, it has a walk in kitchen, it's own bathroom, two closets, and a patio. About me, I'm a student at the Academy of Art, I don't drink, I have my own comic, so I'm usually busy with that, or I'm at my friend's doing band practice, so I'm very active, but also social as well. I am also a male.
About you: I would prefer if you were a male Academy student or Art Institute student, if your a girl I don't mind, but you really have to be comfortable sharing a studio with a guy. No party animals, I don't drink or smoke, I don't mind if you do, but please don't party here, and I'd prefer if you were a student. Call (707)224-7625 or (707)812-0788 to talk to Daniel or David.
